We design, manufacture, install and commission CAV or VAV fume extraction systems for our fume cupboards and other associated laboratory equipment.
Whatever your requirements, we can fulfil them, manufacturing in a range of materials including uPVC and both regular and fire-retardant polypropylene.
All our fume extraction systems are BS EN 14175, DW151 and DW154 compliant. We will carry out a full specification survey and produce AutoCAD designs for your approval prior to manufacture.
Our skilled fabrication team carry out the manufacturing work using pre-formed and press-moulded bends and tubes and any welding during installation is done with hot air fusion. We can also manufacture with fibreglass if required.
Depending on the scale and complexity of a project, we expect to complete manufacture four to six weeks from your approval of our design drawings, though in some instances this may be more rapid.
When we begin a project, we provide a thorough risk assessment and method statement, and our site engineers will ensure that they carry out all your work in accordance with current CDM regulations.
On completion, we provide full commissioning and certification, adhering to relevant standards and specifications.
